Terms of use and delivery

PropaneDeliver.com accepts nationwide orders for 20 lb, 30 lb, 33.5 lb, 43.5 lb, 60 lb & 100 lb propane cylinders, including premium exchanges with an empty core, tanks without a core, refill alternatives, and related commercial service. An order is received when the confirmation page appears. Delivery timing remains subject to address, route, inventory, access, safety, and driver confirmation.

Current prices and total

Checkout displays the current price for every cylinder size and order type. Premium exchanges require one eligible, like-size empty core for each replacement. A “without core / new tank” order does not require an exchange cylinder. Delivery is free. Emergency “needed now” service adds one $20 priority surcharge per order. Today and scheduled-day options have no surcharge. The total displayed at checkout includes any applicable sales tax; no additional delivery or service charge will be added without the customer’s approval.

Tank eligibility and product description

Each exchange requires a refillable cylinder of the same listed size that is safe, accessible, and eligible for exchange. A driver may decline cylinders that are leaking, severely rusted, damaged, modified, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe or unlawful to transport. The without-core / new-tank option does not require an exchange cylinder.

Vapor and liquid draw

Customers must select the draw type required by their equipment and follow all manufacturer instructions. Never substitute a liquid-draw cylinder for vapor-only equipment or a vapor-draw cylinder for equipment requiring liquid draw. Checkout preselects the standard recommendation for each size. Liquid-draw 60 lb and 100 lb configurations are special orders subject to inventory, compatibility, timing, and confirmation before delivery.

Timing and priority requests

“Needed now” requests receive priority review, but they are not guaranteed until confirmed by phone or message. If priority timing cannot be accepted, the $20 surcharge is not due. The website is not a gas-leak, fire, or life-safety emergency service.

Payment

Payment is due at delivery by the method selected during checkout: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, credit/debit card, or cash. No card number or payment-account credential is collected by this website.

Changes and cancellation

Call 800-884-8755 as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Orders cancelled before dispatch have no cancellation charge. If a driver has already been dispatched, any proposed charge or rescheduling requirement will be disclosed before it is accepted.

Access and safe delivery

The customer must provide an accurate address, a working phone number, safe access, and any gate, unit, loading, or placement instructions. Customers are responsible for using, connecting, storing, transporting, and maintaining cylinders and appliances according to law, code, provider instructions, and manufacturer instructions. Never use a leaking or damaged cylinder.

Emergency situations

If you suspect a leak, fire, exposure, or immediate hazard, leave the area, avoid flames and electrical switches, and contact emergency services and a qualified propane professional.

Service partners and limitation

Orders may be fulfilled by qualified delivery or service partners. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Propane Deliver is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unconfirmed timing, inaccurate customer information, third-party service outside its reasonable control, or improper propane handling.
